ABOUT ME
My research addresses the distribution of value in corporate reorganizations.
My work has been presented at various seminars and conferences, including the Ph.D. Workshop on European/International Insolvency Law at Leiden University, the Cross-Border Corporate Insolvency & Commercial Law Research Group Conference at City, University of London, and the INSOL Europe Annual Conference 2019 in Copenhagen.
During the second year of my Ph.D. I was a visiting researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg and the Institute of European and Comparative Law of the University of Oxford. From January 2020 to June 2020 I was a Visiting Researcher at Yale Law School.
